Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
Refund Policy
IBy purchasing you agree that you understand we are selling products containing Hemp Extract Including Cannabidiol (CBD).
Further, you understand that none of the products offered for sale on curativehemp.com or any of its subsidiaries have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Nor are any of the products sold with the promise to diagnose, cure, or treat any known diseases. You should always consult with your local licensed medical professional prior to using any new products on your skin or ingesting new products into your body.
Furthermore, Curative Hemp makes no medical claims or promises of the benefits of offering products that contain Cannabidiol.
Please email support@curativehemp.com or call our customer service center at (757) 383-9670 if you have any issues regarding products you received that you feel the need to return.
We will be happy to discuss each individual case as they arise and work together on an agreeable solution. If at this time you wish to return your unopened product and it’s within 30 Days of receiving it, our returns policy is as follows.
No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for returns, please email us at support@curativehemp.com Returns Process:
- Contact support@curativehemp.com and list all details about your return. Please note, that this must be done within the first 30 Days of receiving items. Only upon response move to the next step:
2. Ship back your unopened unused and non-pvt labeled products to Returns 122 Rose Lane C1, Frisco TX 75036 United States.
- Once we receive the items back at our shipping facility and have inspected the condition of returned goods and we may have a 3rd party lab retest items if suspicion is present prior to issuing a refund. Please allow 7-21 Days for refunds to be credited.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
